The historic West End is Dallas' premier entertainment
district in the heart of Downtown. The area is home to
25+ restaurants and bars offering highly acclaimed eats
& drinks from award winning steaks & seafood to fine
Mexican cuisine to world famous chicken salad
sandwiches, the West End has it all.

Intermixed among the restaurants and bars are the
Dallas World Aquarium, Sixth Floor Museum, Dallas
Holocaust Museum, The "Old Red" Museum, Dallas
Segway Tours, horse drawn carriage rides,
internationally renowned Mambo Café, Dick's Last
Resort and House of Blues..

The West End is experiencing a re-birth and 2008
brought the West End back to the forefront of local
entertainment destinations for both North Texans and
visitors alike with a series of Block Parties offering free
entertainment in the area and a campaign to bring more
conventions to Dallas.

The West End's continued re-birth is the goal of The
West End Association, a member organization of both
merchants and property owners working together to
make the West End an exciting, fun and safe place for
everyone to spend quality time with friends
and family.
